OUR VISION
Ashley is an admitted attorney of the High Court. He started off with the firm Squire, Smith & Laurie Inc. In that role he dealt mostly with labour, civil and commercial law. Shortly thereafter, he joined SEESA (Small Enterprises Employer's Organisation of South Africa). In that role he was involved in disciplinary enquiries, wage negotiations with unions, and advising employers on all labour related matters. Thereafter, he joined NEASA (National Association of Employers Organisation of South Africa). In that role, he mostly represented members at the CCMA and Bargaining Council in conciliations and arbitrations. Since 2012 up until late 2014 he managed the NEASA East London Office.

Ashley has experience with labour matters in both the public and private sector and has acted as chairperson and prosecutor in various enquiries in both public and private sector. He is also a part time Labour Law lecturer at the School for Legal Practice (LEAD) in East London.
